WOD for SEAHAWKS Saturday 1/11

CONDITIONING
  • 5 minutes of 10 kettlebell swings
  • 5 minutes of 5 kettlebell snatches
  • 5 minutes of 5 kettlebell clean & presses
  • 5 minutes of 10 kettlebell swings
This is about technique and efficiency, not total reps.
