Still Rings Skills


Have you enjoyed our still ring development time? It's deload week which means max/testing week is just around the corner and I'll be looking for some ring routines!

WOD for Tasty Tuesday 7/2

STRENGTH

Play with gymnastics still rings for 20 minutes. See if you can connect 12-15 elements.

CONDITIONING

as many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
100m run
10 pistols

Post total pistols to whiteboard/comments/Cody.
