  • 5 minutes max kettlebell snatch, 24/16kg
  • 2 minutes max slam ball, 30/20kg
  • 5 minutes max one-arm kettlebell swing, 24/16kg
  • 2 minutes max calorie AirDyne
  • 500m row for time
