play with the front lever for 20 minutes

2.
30-20-10 reps for time:
one-arm kettlebell swings
rolling pistols
double unders

Use an appropriate weight that allows the bell to reach chin/forehead level using hip drive, not bicep curling. Post time to whiteboard.
