Front squats, lunges, and the V-word

1.
front squat 5x5

You have 20 minutes to finish.

2.
for max total reps:
tabata lunge
2 min kettlebell rack
tabata dips
2 min kettlebell rack
tabata lunge

Make the lunge similar to your split jerk landing, but finish it down to allow your rear knee to kiss the ground. Dips on the rings are suggested only if you can show proficient control. We want volume, not high skill work. Kip if you can.
