Great job to everyone involved! We're in the process of planning a post-CGO party for the beginning of April, but first we'll have an intergym battle between Foundation CrossFit, Rocket CrossFit, and Foundation Athletics!

Had to do it at Ft Lewis. 221 DUs and 183 reps. Burpee box jumps??? Eff my face! My hips are done.
