1st of a New Batch

5 rounds for max reps:
press, 40/30kg
ring row

The press will be taken off of the ground- no use of the racks are allowed. Rings will be set 4' high and feet must be placed on a 20" box. Standard is completely extended arms to chin above hand level. Keep the body aligned!
