  • 10 second rest
  • 20 seconds of front squats, 53/38kg
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of front squats, 61/45kg
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of front squats, 70/50kg
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of front squats, 80kg/56kg
Score = total kilograms lifted. Post score to whiteboard/journal/the Cody app.
