Post largest load at best technique to whiteboard.

Today’s goal is to work on your full snatch technique. Go as heavy as form will allow. Believe it or not, the run is there to get you loose and relaxed before lifting, hence the “10 rounds of” vs “10 rounds for time/for load/etc”. We will get you warm and on your way. Our cooldown movements will also be important for recovery and preparation for next week’s maxes.
