Strength Program starts tomorrow!

for max load:
back squat 20RM

then

5 rounds for max reps:
10 front rack bulgarian split squats, per side, 1.5BW/BW
ring dips

Perform 10 split squats on one side, then the other, the immediately hit the rings. Feet touching the ground constitute the end of the round. Post score to whiteboard.
