24 toes-to-bar
12 dips
6 power snatches

If you have a muscle-up, do your dips on the same rings you do your t2b on. Post results to whiteboard!

Can we have the parallel dip bars set up for this? I can do 12 dips on those, but not on the rings....

15:12 ish on the WOD. Used rings for t2b, ring dips w/blue band, 25kg for the snatches.

t2b on rings
ring dips (1 on rings, 2 on p-bars, 2 on bench)
18kg snatches

notes:
t2b tired me out by the 4th round
i need to work on my dips stat!
could have used a heavier load on the snatches
