16 burpees
16 kettlebell push press, 32/20kg
16 handstand pushups
100m sprint

The kettlebell push press is done with one arm. You may handle the volume however you like. Post results to comments!

We should do a WOD with curls once a year just for poops and giggles. Maybe for our halloween WOD while in costume ;)
