Ground to Overhead

Sometimes workouts will simply call for "ground to overhead", which means you may use whatever movement(s) you prefer to move a load on the ground to a fully locked out position overhead. The snatch would be the most ideal movement, but that changes with volume and fatigue.

When the engine starts breaking down, variations of the clean and jerk will allow for better work. Check out the following link for some great tips in moving weights for workouts:

WOD

15-12-9 reps for time:
deadlift, 60/45kg
hang power clean, 60/45kg
jerk, 60/45kg

Play with load-sequence ordering for your deadlift. Jerk may either be a push or split. Post results to comments!
