I'm not sure if you are sobbing for the Pats or the 500m row. I will have to bring my puke bucket for the rowing.

damn. i was really looking forward to this workout since both the squat and 500m row were things that i was recently wanting to test myself in - until i woke up sick this morning. oh well, im sure i'll have plenty more opportunities. gl everyone and hope to see some PRs on board later this week.

Lol @ #sob -- Aaron, I cringed after reading 500m row too. Yuck!

Get well Lee!

70kg PR
1:52 for the row, not PR. Why does that suck so much?!

Very impressive coaching yesterday, after failing at 92 kg, Adam coached me into a successful lift, and then another successful lift at 95 kg. Very cool.

I can't even remember the last time I backsquatted....

82kg PR
1:52 PR

Biggest improvement was felt on the rower. I didn't get 'caught' by my cardio nearly as fast. In fact I didn't really feel it until after. Good double PR day.
