i made it through 4 rounds and part of the last run before being cutoff. this was a brutal wod. wall balls are my nemesis - these are what slow me down.

55kg for sumo. Didn't really try to go heavy since the WOD was going to be brutal. Amanda and I practiced using regular grip and switch grip.

Can't remember the last time I did "KELLY" but she sure was still a betch! Got 24:15 as rx and a PR!

Awesome WOD! Really brutal on the posterior chain with the combo of going heavy on the deadlifts and Kelly. Good think we won't be jump up 6'' or so over and over again in the near future :-)
