CrossFit Games Open 12.2

Rich's technique is on point in the video:

I didn't see anyone predict CGO 12.2 correctly! Oh well, everyone will be doing another single element workout this coming weekend!
----

WOD

as far as possible in 10 minutes:
- 30 snatches, 35/20kg
- 30 snatches, 60/35kg
- 30 snatches, 75/45kg
- as many reps as possible at 95/55kg

You may muscle snatch, power snatch, squat snatch, or split snatch. You cannot advance from a weight before completing the previous weight. Empty 20kg bars must travel below the knees to start the rep. You alone are responsible for changing the weight on the bars, and you must use collars to secure the bumps. Post results to comments!

I got 46 reps! I'm happy with that and don't plan to repeat the WOD. Paced the first tier of snatches to just over 2min then spent the rest of the time chipping away at bw squat snatches :) (which the movement felt awesome, just a bit gassed)

Good luck to those taking on 12.2!

Got through the first 30 in pretty decent time. Then completely whiffed on 3 attempts at the 2nd round. CGO is great for exposing weaknesses :-)

made it through the first set and then did 15 at 40kg. elliott was watching me and giving me pointers on my form(thanks for the help bro.) - on many of the reps im letting the bar get too far away from my body which makes the movement incredibly difficult and throws off the balance. after making some corrections i could def feel a difference in the ease of the movement. this is a lift i need a lot more practice on.

Got 60 reps! Form felt great each rep. Looking forward to working on snatches with more weight!
