With regard to the WOD -- is there any hope of scaling the movements to accommodate my inability to fully extend my arms? LOL

Mount it upright on a wall and now it is easier for people to scale a HSPU. Boom.

Results for WOD: 8 muscle ups -- shared rings with Blair and she was SOOO close!! It's coming Blair :)

5 rounds + 14 swings on a 16kg bell.

did 19 of the muscle up transitions and dips. 4 rounds + 6 of the KB swings (24kg) and burpees. didnt get to the box jump.

I want to be there when Blair gets that muscle up (aka tomorrow)...she was SO CLOSE today!

23 muscle ups today. proud that I did them all with fully locked out arms w/ the "flash out false grip" technique Adam helped me work on the other day.. I couldn't muster a single one last year so I'm definitely glad to have made progress.

4rds + 20 swings & 10 burpees for the met-con. 24kg swings. I really like that scoop thing we did today.

I can only guess that it's a ladder or something you can lay out on the floor and do hand stand walks on.

Alright, so I got into the rings a few times, but my right arm kept t-rexing although the left was in perfect position to dip out. THIS WEEK! Hopefully I can tape up my epic bruises and bust one out finally.

Thanks for the encouragement from everyone there, especially Sheena for sharing rings and Todd, Jeremiah, A. Freshie, and Mark for tips and tricks.

4rds+5 swings with the 20kg (24 and 32 had already been claimed). Burpees still gassed me and I was feeling my knee a tiny bit.
