75 snatches is tough but I feel much more comfortable with the movement after all the practice.13:50.

i'm in atlanta this week and went to a local affiliate tonight. all i can say is that we are all VERY lucky to be members of foundation crossfit. truly top notch. many thanks to andrew, adam, tony, pao, rhino, zeb, blair, colin and all the members who make our WODS awesome.

tonight we did FRAN. i did thrusters at 35kg which was a little lite and think i'm going to do at least 40 next time. i did all rx pullups though. getting the hang of this kipping thing...pretty stoked about that. but i need to work on stringing them together without a full kip b/n reps. 10:27, which is my best time thus far. cant wait to be back at the home base.
