New CrossFit.com Map Feature

Did anyone else discover this badass feature CrossFit.com has?

I prefer having the wod posted the day before the workout!

Posting the WOD's ahead of time is very helpful. It helps prepare pre-workout nutrition and helps plan the week for those of us who compete in other "stuff" throughout the week! Last week was very helpful especially with the crushing WODs!

I like the day prior as well. This really helps when I am traveling as I can then plan out where/how I can get the WOD in! Robyn

I like knowing what the WOD is before I go in so that I can judge if my the current state of my hands/knees, whatever other nagging injury can take it. Knowing that would help me get in on days I probably wouldn't.

Definitely like getting it before hand for a lot of the reasons stated above. It enables me to better plan my workouts/activities outside of crossfit.
