Running Tomorrow

Beginning Tuesday the 21st we are running the running program (seewhatididthere?) and it's not too late to join!


The focus of the program is on skill development. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am or 6:30pm you will learn how to run more efficiently to cut down on times, injuries and effort. Join the group and hone the proper method!

Special trail and beach runs on weekends!

The cost is $120 for members, $285 for non-members and $70 for one time a week.

The Paleo Rx nutrition challenge is wrapping up this week! Make sure that you turn in your "AFTER" photos (We're still looking to give away more prizes!). We're also extending the Food Donations until Friday.
