They're great, aren't they? Consider this a catch-up for everyone who's not quite up on our MANDATORY BURPEE CHALLENGE.

If you missed it...we're having a Burpee Challenge for the month of February. This one is simple, it's mandatory, and if you came to Monday's class, you're already on track.

One additional burpee per day of the month. Yesterday was 2/7, so do 7 burpees plus however many you have missed. If you missed every day from the start, you owe us 7+6+5+4+3+2+1 = 28 burpees!

Do them at work, at home, in the shower, on the bus, anywhere!
