New hours!

Our Memorial Day schedule on Monday, May 31st, will include only the following classes:

12pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

  • Ring pushups
  • Sledgehammer hits
  • Kettlebell swings, 24/16kg
  • Knees-to-elbows
  • Double unders
Back squat warm-up!
