Grab a bumper plate (20kg, 15kg or 10kg). You must carry your bumper the entire time.

20 burpee-swings
30 pushups
40 situps
50 walking lunges

I really didn't like how the lecturer called out Joe on being a vegetarian.

There is tons of controversy in food research. There are some key principles that almost everyone agrees on like organic/local, the ratios of fat, protein, carbs, low sugar ect. But ultimately food and nutrition a unique solution depending on a persons fitness goals and their lifestyle. There is not one be all, end all solution to eating.

And regarding her comment that vegetarians are not as healthy or as good as people who eat meat:

I totally agree, Tyler! Everyone needs to find what works best for them in the context of their overall health goals and personal beliefs.

Talking about nutrition is not that far off from talking about religion or politics.... Tread carefully, I say, tread very carefully.

In addition - I'd like to say that workout was a doosey! Damn! Great effort, everyone. Did you happen to notice that Rebecca KILLED that WOD? I say again..., Damn!

At the start of the Wingman video, the guy in blue off to the left doesn't have the plate locked out overhead.
