A Little Linda-ish

I've always wanted to put the kids through the "Linda" WOD, but it's difficult when we don't have enough plates to do proper weights for each individual. So we threw the weights down and changed the rep scheme:

"Linda-ish"
100-90-80-70-60-50-40-30-20-10 sec rds, for max reps:

deadlift, 115 lbs

bench press, 95 lbs

hang power clean, 65 lbs

Linda 118/101/111 = 330
Jason 153/136/115 = 404
Gilles 117/73/81 = 271


After cleaning up all the sweat they left (DAAANG!), Mikey and I did a modified, lighter version of "Linda"

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 rep rounds, for time:

deadlift, 115 lbs

bench press, 95 lbs

hang power clean, 75 lbs
