185 cal, 3rd place for the day on the rower. One day I will win a workout for the whole day! I just need to find out the rest day for about 5 guys...

Nice job, Ben! I can't fathom 185 cal on the rower in 10 minutes! I got 123 cal on Satan's tricycle & was pleased I was able to maintain my pace of 12 cal/min. I had a 2RM of 41kg for the push press (PR).
