15-12-9 reps for time:
chest-to-bar pullups
handstand pushups

Squat clean: 55
Front squat: 62
Mini-WOD: 7:22 ; some were chest to bar pull ups, the rest were regular + hspu
Damn! Way to go Mark. Way to step up for the pride of the gym.
