Paleo Rx Mini-Challenge 3: Best Tip/Trick in the Kitchen

This paleo challenge has required a lot of time in the kitchen. To some, cooking, preparation and serving is second nature. To others, pulling out a pan and making dinner is new and nerve racking.

SuperRx = 300 swings overhead. Rx- = russian-style swings (chin-level)
