Announcing

Our 2011 'Get Right For Summer' nutrition & journaling challenge...


We challenge you to eat a healthy diet for 6 weeks to see if you can realize an improvement in the way that you feel and perform at the gym, and in your day-to-day activities.

If you've been wanting to lose weight, lean out, or build lean muscle mass, this is the perfect time and a great way to do it, because we are all in it together! We want to better help you reach your health and fitness goals!

The basics:

  • Kickoff Potluck/Party: This Saturday at 12:30pm.
  • 6-weeks of journaling starts Monday, May 9th.
  • This WILL be a performance-based peer-judged competition.
  • $30 registrations makes you eligible to win one of the many weekly prizes, as well as a grand prize for the overall winner(s).
  • Officially registered athletes also get a limited-edition Paleo Rx tee-shirt.
  • A wrap-up party/ trunk show(?)/ shoe show(?)/ celebration to ring in the summer.

We will release the registration page to those interested by the end of the week! Preparation starts now. We wanted to whet your appetite (see what I did there?!) with some basics, but the more specific details come out when the page is up and ready.
