Use the appropriate weight- there is a bunch of volume to this and we would rather have you save your hands.

Also chalk is your friend, but not when you're sweating so much that you're making it a paste.

! = factorial = 20*19*18...*1. We did not do that. If we did we would have done 2.43290201 × 10^18 of each and died. Triangular numbers are what you're looking for: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triangular_number

I only did 165 reps of the actual workout and still feel like dying. Ahhhh.
