Catching up!

What a great California weekend!! A trip down to the CrossFit Games for Andrew and Adam, so that they can experience and study all that's needed to send our own athletes to local competitions as well as next year's Games! But, first things first...

Zzzzzz....Time for some much needed rest and recovery from the extra long hours these two have been putting in. Seattle coffee must be way stronger than California coffee!

We saw many incredibly gifted athletes with a strong determination to work hard, event after event. The crowds were greatly supportive, and each individual athlete put in an inspiring performance. Additionally, a strong sense of camaraderie was exhibited in the Games, with athletes encouraging each other even in the face of competition.

The Games Affiliate Team event, an obstacle course with wallballs and rope climbs!

Andrew, Adam, and I also spent much of the weekend brainstorming and preparing many more events and activities for the upcoming months. We are excited (even giddy!) to bring you refreshed programming, teach you new skills, and continue to refine and enhance your technique. And for you, that translates to more exercise programs, more fun and unique workouts, and more Challenges!
