Sunday Night Sound Session

Foundation CrossFit is a gym on Lake City Way. We're a little "out of the box" with our workout methods- usually highly varied, short duration and high intensity. We take old school exercises (squats, deadlifts, pullups, dips) and use them in a new way. We also use kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, rowing machines, gymnastics rings, etc.
