Let's test out the most technically difficult squat and see what happens over the next six weeks.

WOD

within 30 minutes establish:
overhead squat 1RM

as many reps as possible in 7 minutes:
10 hand-release pushups
10 burpees
max pullups

If you cannot do an unassisted pullup, you will do ring rows. Post max OHS and reps to whiteboard!

For what it's worth, my pecs and biceps are wrecked after AW's Saturday programming. I made it through 100 pull-ups and just under 70 strict ring dips in about 24 min.

Way to go Boots! I only stuck with rx ring dips after for 3 rounds!

I'm really excited to work on overhead squats in the next couple of weeks, though I will miss back squatting. Hit 51kg for a PR! For the AMRAP I got 137 rx reps.

95kg OHS is a 5kg PR for me! Stoked. 100kg is a goal to hit very soon!

Wow, y'all are BEASTS! Great job!

As for me,

38kg OHS (PR!!!!!). The hardest part for me was standing up out of the squat.

14 max pull-ups (Rx'd & PR!!!!!!)
