Girl: Bend rear leg more, front leg's knee needs to be over the heel, tighten up the ass.

Guy: Ribs down, neutralize spine, head through the window, pinch shoulder blades, not shrug up to hold weight.

How do you keep "hollow body" on a press?

kept it light on the jerks - got to 46. was 11:28 on the second part. did 360 singles and broke the kb swings into 4 sets. sets 1 and 3 were at 32kg and sets 2 and 4 were at 24kg.

Got into the noon class for my lunch break -- only had time to do the lifting part. Tried to implement tips I got from Andrew from last Saturday and also from Pao during class. Got up to 55kg on the split jerk.

I've always been comfortable with just doing a push jerk and putting up some good weight, but I want to work more on getting the split down. It's obviously the stronger out of the two right?
