Pulling sleds

Effective, simple and easy to set up, sleds are a great tool for stamina, conditioning, active rest, and rehabilitation.

then

tabata toes-to-bar
tabata pullups

Rest 1 minute in between exercises. Post load and exercise scores to comments!

Remember that we do this for fun! We like to see where we stand amongst the world, but we don't take it seriously- otherwise it's too much physically, mentally and emotionally. If you have any qualms about participating feel free to talk to one of trainers to see what it can do for you.

Played with the wider stance and straight pointed toes for the squat -- a bit different than what I had learned previously but it does feel a lot stronger. Failed at 60 and got 57kg.

Tabata toes to bar: 6 -- used the bar vs the rings to work on grip and also getting the rhythm down. My PR for tabata toes to bars on rings is 9 - big difference!

Tabata pull ups: 6 -- meh.

got to 70 on the squats. form was much better than ive had previously. knees were out and kept the weight in my heels. t2b (on rings)-5, pullups-2
