for time:
40 handstand pushups
40 front squats, 70/55kg
10 minute time limit.
Then 2 minutes rest (or more if you finish early), then
as many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
3 ear-to-ear pullups
6 pistols, alternating
9 v-ups
