WOD

split jerk 10x2
rest 45 seconds between sets

then

as many reps as possible in 4 minutes:
5 clapping pushups
3 handstand pushups
1 rope climb

rest 2 minutes

then

as many reps as possible in 4 minutes:
100m run
5 muscle-ups
10 burpees
