Interpret the kettlebell thrusters as you will: a pair of light kettlebells, a single heavy, a single heavy in bottom's-up position, an uneven pair, etc. Post use and results to comments!

@ 20 minutes I had finished at the 2nd set of HSPU at 3 reps. Used 12kg kb, 1 ab mat under head for hspu, & did all muscle ups!
snuck in just before the cutt-off with a 19:59. double 16kg KB, everything else rx'ed. also are we putting in a team for the tough mudder? i was going to sign up tonight but not sure if i should do the individual or team?
19:31, modified the kb thrusters to a kb push press. Everything else as Rx. Oh, except for double unders - did those one-legged (just 50). Fun times.
