Low-bar Back Squatting


The position of the low-bar back squat shortens the lever arm between the bar and the hips. This will allow the posterior chain to stay more active though out the range-of-motion.

backsquat 7x5

then

1/2 "CINDY"

as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
