50 pullups
50 pushups
50 situps
50 squats

The pullup is to be strict. Ab-mats and foot anchors can be used for the situps. Compare and contrast to 02SEP2011.

We'll be pre-posting workouts until we're done with the CFG Open.

I have bent Barbie arms today thanks to 1/2 Angie -- can't fully extend at the elbows. It aches in a marvelous way.

I used 45kg for OHS and 7:46 for 1/2 ANNIE -- kipping pull ups vs strict, and legit everything else. Aw yeeeeah Whole30 ;)
