been a while since i backsquatted [is that even a word?] & i thought the seated pike press was fun .. somewhat easier than i thought it would be!

Is a seated pike press just sitting on the ground with you legs straight out and doing a strict press? Can't find a description of it.

I liked the occasional, in-timed workout to really focus on technique and form. Had a great class with lots of support and encouragement.
