Speaking of which, Colin K will be running a rowing intensive tomorrow at 6:30pm. Everyone is welcome to come by and learn! He's got plenty of competitive rowing under his belt and has a very comprehensive agenda for us.

as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
100m run
10 burpees
5 pullups
Do the hardest version of the pullup you can: a deep ring row, a smaller band, kipping, chest-to-bar kipping, etc.

Yes, please! A 7:00 am class Tues or Thursday would be great. I could shower and get to work by 9:00.
Still early, but I got used to this schedule during the foundations class.
