So last year's CF Games premise was "Unknown & Unknowable" and featured a 7k trail run, max deadlifts up to 500#, 170m uphill sandbag sprints, row/sledgehammer workout, a couplet, max snatching, a triplet and a chipper.
This year's they say that whoever does more work wins.
What do you think the workouts will be? Elements from Strongman? A 30k single-speed bike ride? Learn a dance routine?
