Schedule Change?

Join in on the fun! The Summer Bodies Challenge kicks off on Saturday at 11am with a Nutrition Lecture + "Mandatory Party". This lecture/party is open to anyone and everyone who wants to learn stuff... and bring good food to share!

I like A. I think it makes sense to keep the special (Foundations & Advanced) classes at the same time.

Crossfit at 7:30 will mean ending late and I like to be able to do something else in the evening after crossfit. Starting at 5:30 is a stretch for me.

So I much prefer being able to start at 6:30.

Schedule B - 6:30 works best for me by a long shot (or current schedule, but B would be better).

A would just ensure that I have no life outside of work and working out.
