Worst? Rowing. I can't figure out where to put it. I tried starting with it today, but exhausted mysefl at the first part of the workout. Anywhere else, and I waste 20 seconds strapping in my feet. Best? push presses, for sure.
FGB felt good today because I felt like we got through it quick! Worst part today was the box jumps.. can't seem to get the right rhythm goin!
Best: Agree with Faye -> quick
Worst: Wallballs -> can't seem to do
