Monday, THE FINAL DAY of GRFS

Today is the final day for the challenge. How did you do?

WOD:

"CINDY"
as many rounds as possible of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

beginners: 10 minutes
intermediate and advanced: 20 minutes
