Warm-up

50 jumping jacks then grab and bar and throw some weight on it

10 reps of:
sumo dead-lift high pull
hang power cleans
push jerks
back squat
behind-the-neck push press
front squat
stiff-legged deadlift (aka Romanian deadlift)

30 burpees

WOD

7 rds for time:
10 odd-object cleans
10 burpees
