WOD for Volume Week Tuesday 12/17

STRENGTH

deadlift 1x5

CONDITIONING

as many reps as possible in 8 minutes:
5 deadlift, 70/50kg
10 pushups
20 double unders

(then exactly 2 minutes rest)

as many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
10 deadlifts, 70/50kg
30 burpees
60 double unders

Post total reps to whiteboard!
