WOD for Max Week Tuesday 9/3

STRENGTH

establish a 5RM back squat within 15 minutes

then

establish a 1RM clean & jerk within 10 minutes

CONDITIONING

as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
