Elbows Down


We tested unbroken pullups earlier this week. Can you utilize them in a workout?

WOD for Champagne Friday 3/29

as many reps as possible in 10 minutes:
kettlebell jerks

then

"CINDY"

as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
