establish within 20 minutes:
clean & jerk 1RM
then
5 rounds for difficulty:
1 rope climb
5 handstand pushups
10 pistols, alternating
Utilize the most difficult version of the movement: can you do an L-sit hands only rope climb? What about a cirque? Are kipping handstand pushups harder than strict? Can you kip from a deficit? Do you possess the skill for a pistol with a barbell overhead?
